Our next scheduled holiday clinics will be held @ St. Columba’s Primary School. Enrolment forms will be available soon.

Monday 17th, Tuesday 18th & Wednesday 19th December 2012

and

Monday 14th, Tuesday 15th & Wednesday 16th January 2013

Times

8.00am – 9.30am Prep Clinic (smaller clinic sizes especially for our prep students).

9.30am – 12.30pm – Junior Kids Clinic (Red Ball Standard)

1.00pm – 4.00pm – Senior Kids Clinic (Orange, Green & Real Ball Standard)

7.00pm – 9.00pm – Adult Clinic

NEW ENROLMENTS

Simply submit an enrolment form and we will be in contact with lesson availability to suit your child. Payment is not required until your place is confirmed.

When submitting your enrolment form, please take the time to read our Terms & Conditions (you will find the link when filling out the enrolment form). It contains valuable information regarding wet weather lessons, casual absentee lessons and answers to other frequently asked questions.

EXISTING ENROLMENTS

Our computer programme rolls over the current term and automatically generates and emails you your invoice for next term. Subsequently, if payment of this invoice is not received by Friday 7th December 2012, for Term 1, 2013 the programme WILL remove you from the next terms role thus losing your place, so please ensure your account is settled by this date.

There is no need to submit a new enrolment form unless you need to update your contact details.

If you are not returning to coaching next term, that is no problem. Please just let us know by email, sms or phone and we will remove you from the current role and adjust your account accordingly.

COACHING DATES & Absentee Lessons

There is no coaching on Pupil Free Days or Public Holidays.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make-up casual absentee lessons or refund the cost of that lesson. Please visit our full terms and conditions available on each enrolment form.

NB : St. Columba’s finishes school at 12:00 noon so there are no afternoon lessons on Friday 7/12/12 (only morning lessons)
